        In order to get ReadTheDocs to find fulltoc, I needed to add it to project

      • remove fulltoc from config.py

        the _build directory with index.html etc. was created

        from http://docs.travis-ci.com/user/status-images/ info to insert ReST image file int README.rst

      • appended path to tests for py.test

        py.test did not work with the appended path that satisfied nosetests
